1. By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service.
2. My art is NEVER to be used for NFTS or to train AI.
3. Payment must be made in full before work can begin. Payment plans may be discussed for higher priced commissions.
4. In the event that I have already begun work on your commission, I will not issue a refund. If you are in need of a refund, please reach out as soon as possible, or I may be unable to give you one.
5. If you are the commissioner you may upload your commissioned art to your own personal gallery or social media. However, please credit me with a link of some kind, and I do not allow my work to be posted to E6.
6. Your commission is to be used for personal use only. Commercial uses and pricing may be discussed.
7. I offer work in progress (wip) previews on more complex work, but not on Headshots, Icons, or Colored Sketches. This is the time for you to let me know if anything needs to be changed about the piece. After you have approved my wip, I will continue working on your piece and you will not be provided with any more chances for major edits. If I finish and I have forgotten something (character markings, glasses, ect.) then those edits are free of charge.
8. I may refuse a commission for any reason. If I do, I will most likely tell you why.
